A room block has been reserved for June 15-18, 2010 at the Hilton Austin Airport. The special room rate will be available only until June 4, 2010 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Guests wishing to arrive early may do so starting June 12th and depart as late as June 21, based on availability.
Deadline to reserve a room and get the special rate of $115.00 (or the prevailing approved state per diem whichever is higher), is Friday, June 4, 2010.
Online Room Reservation - The group name is Service Learning Texas and the group code is TSCL.
Phone reservations
Call the reservation line at (800) 584-5091, identify the group as Service Learning Texas, and have your arrival and departure dates ready. If you are told that the room block is full before the June 4 deadline, please email Isela Diharce with the details at idiharce@servicelearningtexas.org. She will confirm directly with the representative that we are working with to ensure that it was not a mistake.
Hotel parking fees
The special rate for our attendees is $5.00 per day/night during their entire stay.
