Expenditure Reports
Quarterly reports must be filed with the detail general ledger and the in-kind worksheet per the following dates:

1st Period:  January 1 – March 30, Due April 30th 

Final Period:  April 1­ – June 30, Due July 31st

Grant Closeout Forms - Due July 31st, 2012
Subgrantees must submit the CNCS Residual Inventory Form along with their last expenditure report. If the total value of residual supplies and materials is less than $5,000, pleaes write "N/A - Total value of residual supplies is less than $5,000" in the first two lines of the "Items Description" column on the form.

Progress Reports - Due June 30th, 2012
Please ensure that the program coordinator submits the SLT Progress Report and the LASSIE report by this deadline, both of which are required in order to process final expenditure reports.  Information on these reports is available on the Learn and Serve Texas Coordinators’ page.
